SANA Creative Marketing: Ready to Grow?

It can be a big step for a startup to engage with a Marketing Consultant or Brand Specialist. You might be unsure of what you need or you might just be interested in scoping out what possibilities are out there for your business.


In this blog I will explain the process of how SANA Creative Marketing operates and what to expect when you contact me. Don't worry it is not as scary and complicated as you might think :-)

Step 1: You, the client, provides a brief overview of "your marketing problem" by email. It can be as simple as, I need a website, or I have a website but not enough visitors, or how can I get more people to purchase my new product, or I think I have a great business idea but I don't know where to start. Also let me know your timing, do you need it next week or are you in the exploring phase?


Step 2:

I will get back to you (within 48 hours) with a response outlining my initial thoughts and recommendations and a rough cost indication. If this sounds ok, we will move to Step 3.


Step 3:

During this free initial consultation (up to 1.5 hours) we meet in person (either at my office in East Fremantle or wherever suits you best) to discuss your requirements in more dept. Coffee or wine is on me! During this meeting we can brainstorm together and decide what the scope of the project is going to be (if it hasn't been established yet). Don't worry I can guide your though the process, and remember: no idea is a bad idea. Step 3 is an important part of the process as during this meeting we often uncover what needs to take priority and what can wait till later. Sometimes new and unexpected ideas can surface too.

Step 4:

If you want to move ahead and are ready to continue working with me, I will get back to you with a more detailed overview outlining the work I will do for you and I will provide yo with a Quote and my Terms and Conditions document. Once these are signed off and filled out, the work will start. I understand being a small business myself, that time is precious, so transparency and clear communication is central, from start to finish! I will clearly communicate all steps and expected timing of completion during the work process. I am happy to communicate in person, by email, Zoom, SMS, Messenger or WhatsApp - whatever makes the process easy for you.
